The components surface is sprayed with the powder after hot galvanized anti-corrosion treatment, smooth surface,
non-discolouring, no pinhole hang, no flow, and no peeling phenomenon; Galvanized layer thickness is not less than 85
microns, and the coating thickness is not less than 100 microns.

We usually manufacture the poles according to clients' various drawings or detailed specifications. So please
offer us the drawing first and then we can give you the exact quotation after calculating the weight according to
the drawing. Of course, we can give you some advice if you are a new buyer and have no drawing.

Manufacturing

We check the raw material after purchasing the steel sheet. We do the carbon, silicon and sulfur test in our lad room. If the
steel sheet is unqualified, we'll return them.
Our factory owns advanced production lines and machines including bending calibration machine, hydraulic plate shears
machine,shears machine, slitting machine, 208T hydraulic straightener, etc. All insure us to produce steel poles with best quality.
Our welding penetration rate is above 95%.
After the fabrication process as cutting plate, bending, forming, automatic welding, drilling holes, we get poles checked before
galvanized, hot dip galvanized and powder coating and finally we get poles checked according to client's requirements.
We do the galvanization thickness test, load test and physical mechanical test in our factory. If clients request, we can do a
third-party test for our clients.
